Leading snack and beverage company Simba, has revamped their website, www.simba.co.za, in order to reflect a new refreshed look and feel as well as keep the market informed on all new happenings within the company.
The bright and colourful new site will contain updates on each of Simba’s snack brands as well as information on the company as whole and specifically their ‘performance with purpose’ vision, which ensures that Simba leads positive change by investing in a better future for consumers, the environment and their employees throughout South Africa.
According to Marketing Director, Carla De Quintal, “We wanted to provide our customers and consumers with all the relevant company and brand news in an easily accessible reader-friendly format that better reflected our brand personalities. We also thought it was imperative to strengthen the link between local company Simba and our parent Company PepsiCo as well as give more insight into the company’s mission and vision as a sustainable business. Consumers will also be kept updated on all promotions and competitions and have easy access to social media links to allow them the opportunity to further engage with our brands.”
Performance with purpose is PepsiCo’s core value proposition and relates to how the company, who has recently received their 2014 Top employers certification from the CRF Institute, attracts, retains and develops staff. The website also includes information on the general environment, learning & development as well as Simba’s graduate program and job opportunities, with direct links to Simba’s HR department. The site also talks to Simba’s community initiatives in the form of their community farming and educational projects.
