BACK TO FOODCORP CONSUMER BRANDS (Food & Beverage)
Supreme Flour includes a range of wheat flours and prepared mixes which are all milled from wheat at Foodcorp’s milling site in Pretoria, the largest single-site milling operation in Africa since moving there in 1948 and officially one of the largest mill in the world.
To ensure a consistent quality the milling is supervised by some of the most highly qualified and skilled millers in the country making Supreme Flour “The Professional Baker’s Choice since 1919”.
Supreme products include Cake Wheat Flour, White Brand Wheat Flour, Whole-wheat Flour. The Supreme wheat flour range is produced in large quantities for both the food producers, retail and wholesale industry.
The Prepared Mix product range includes Brown Bread prepared mix, Crispy Crust prepared mix and Continental Rye prepared mix, Madeira Cake prepared mix, Sponge prepared mix as well as Nature’s Valley prepared mix, Silky Soft prepared mix and Super Scone prepared mix.
