Managing the Regulatory Advisory Department, you will advise on pharmaceutical, foodstuff and cosmetic activities as well as supplying technical information for third parties & export markets. You will also approve labeling material, generate & update MBR/MRF dossiers and convert to Common Technical Documents when required.

Responsibilities: * Oversee, compile and submit medicine registration documents, including export / third party / Halaal / Kosher product regulatory matters * Advise on legislative requirements for new and existing products * Guide the legal aspects of advertising material (registered products) and authorize labels * Monitor new and/or changing legislation and attend to pharmaceutical customer queries and adverse drug event reports * Review and control documentation relevant to RA * As a member of the HACCP Team, take responsibility for HACCP implementation, Allergen compliance and Regulatory/legislative compliance * Ensure effective staff management in the department and provide technical assistance in the Quality Department.

Requirements: * B.Pharmacy (internship and community service completed) * Medicine Registration Course is desirable * 3 Years’ Regulatory experience * Some managerial and labeling approval experience * Knowledge of food stuffs, cosmetics and pharmaceutical and export countries legislation * Basic knowledge of labeling requirements * Outstanding analytical, problem solving, management and computer skills.
