Do you have a clear written Brand Plan?

While this may seem like a question too obvious to ask, a clear and well-defined Brand Plan is essential in giving a business direction and helping a brand achieve its goals.

‘The Brand Plan unites functions such as marketing, sales, product development outlining what each group needs to do for the brand to be successful, while setting goals that operations and finance need to support,” says Graham Robertson in his blog post on How to Write a Brand Plan. Robertson has spent 20 years in CPG marketing at companies like Johnson and Johnson.

Retailers to spend $55bn annually on mobile marketing by 2015
